Natalie Douglas

With a childhood spent enjoying dance and gymnastics, Natalie has always had a natural body awareness. Her yoga journey began in 2013, and she completed initial teacher training in Bali in 2016, this provided the confidence and openness to take that body awareness and translate it into teaching and helping people find their own yoga path.

Her teaching can assist the beginner in finding a love for the physicality of yoga, mindfulness and the confidence yoga brings, also helping the experienced Yogi seeking to deepen their practice.

Natalie enjoys teaching a variety of classes following the Hatha style of yoga and specialises in Vinyasa, heated Vinyasa as well as Sculpt classes, aligning movement with breath guidance.

Creative sequencing of movements keeps the practice challenging, fun and fresh. Health and longevity are a focus for Natalie. Being kind to yourself, your body and others, the environment and other creatures through diet and awareness, and a non-judgemental approach to yoga whatever your level. Self-awareness and finding the safe limit of your current abilities will be a key learning from time spent in Natalie’s classes. RYT 300 Yoga Alliance Australia
