I have been a yoga student for many years. I am certified RYT-500hr, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. I am currently enrolled in a Vedic Chant Teacher Training, learning Sanskrit language and chanting mantra. The style I teach is based on classic yoga asana, using awareness through mindful movement combined with breath & sound. The practice promotes body-mind connection, calms the nervous system, improves breathing and is trauma-informed.
