Roslyn Dutczak

Ros discovered yoga twenty years ago as a means of managing a chronic back condition and after a career in early childhood education. She began her teacher training in 2006 and has studied with Dr Melissa West and learned meditation from Thick Nhat Hanh. She writes her own meditation scripts, is also a level-1 Chi Ball instructor and uses both of these disciplines in the classes she has been teaching in Mandurah in the past decade. Ros’s teaching style emphasises mindful movement, relaxation and the release of tension through gentle postures and breathing.
