“After spending many years in the corporate word, and running family business Sharron has found the need to balance desk time with yoga mat time. After many years off the mat, a close friend suggested a return to the mat after the loss of her mum.
Sharron felt like she reconnected with herself. It felt to her like a blessed “homecoming”. Yoga has brought physical as well as mental benefits to her life over the last 12 years as a student.
Now as a teacher she is keen to share these benefits derived from a regular practice with as many people as she can. Her plan is to make yoga accessible to a broad range of individuals with varying abilities and fitness levels with the use of props, support and loving kindness.”Festival Timetable
