Beachside Yoga was established by Suz Phillis in 2014 with an idea to bring holistic movement to the local community with Yoga & Pilates. Suz, is completely committed to teaching both Yoga & Pilates and believes in the power of both to be able to transform wherever we are in our lives.
Over the years, the studio has grown into a vibrant yet tranquil little space, offering a range of classes suitable for different levels of fitness. The studio also runs a variety of workshops including; meditation, sound healing, holistic beauty, nutrition & organic living. Click below to look at the current timetable.
